UFMS is receiving visiting (CAPES/Print) Prof. Dr José Góes Vasconcelos Neto
UFMS is receiving visiting (CAPES/Print) Prof. Dr José Góes Vasconcelos Neto between June 03-16 2019. He is currently Associate Professor (Hydraulics/Hydrology) at Auburn University / USA. He is recognized for his excellence as a teacher. In 2014 received in the USA the award of best teacher in the area of Civil Engineering.
In PGTA program, he is lecturing the discipline “Numerical Solutions for Hydro-Evironmental Aplplications”. Classes are being recorded and transmitted online at the following link: https://conferenciaweb.rnp.br/webconf/paulo-tarso-sanches-de-oliveira. Students from other Brazilian universities are also watching the classes.
Prof. Vasconcelos Neto will also give lectures during this period in Brazil. And, He is also contributing to the project development, through meetings with UFMS professors and students.
